The mall is very clean and the staffs extremely friendly. My toddlers also enjoy the play area.

This mall is amazing and I didn’t even get to see it all yet. The kids play area is the best mall one I have ever seen. The restaurant selection is vast. They have a public space that I didn’t get to check out but sounded very cool. There’s even a shop that sells jewelry and gifts from Hawaii!

A really nice mall with a wide variety of shops. Open, spacious and clean. The food court has a good selection of foods. You could easily spend the day here.

Went to a book signing for Yasmine Charles at Barnes and Nobles. The book was exciting and kept me on the edge of my seat. She's an excellent author and presenter. The refreshments were good and the parking was plentiful and cheap. Had a great time

Very nice mall. Has 3 stories and a lot of stores to visit. It has a decent eating area and a movie theatre. Sucks you have to pay for parking. It wasn't very busy when I went. It's a very clean mall to go to

Perfect place to spend a rainy afternoon. My husband and I had a great time browsing the mall before catching a movie. There's a great bookstore that's two stories and the mall is decorated beautifully.

I took my nephew to ice skate today. It was great. On the way to the rink there were giant seesaws that light up and play music, huge Christmas trees and a fire pit from lights. People were dancing around the pit. The rink was well built considering its temporary AND THERE WAS SNOW! We were able to ice skate in the snow! It was a magical evening and it will be a great memory. Will return. Whoever designed this did a wonderful job. Can't believe you fit this right across the street from the Norva!

For a nice shopping experience the MacArthur Mall is all that Norfolk has for this. I can, still, only give this a 3 star review based on the fact that there is no longer ANY nice, top shelf, stores here. There remains a Dillards but that is the most I can, honestly, say that there is for large department stores. Thank you for reading.

A dying mall. All the big names have left or on their way out. This used to be a good mall back in the day. However, let's be serious, who wants to pay to park to shop? It's still good looking mall though. Lynnhaven mall is still the best mall in Hampton Roads.

I like it The mall is big witj 3 floors and good food choices at the food court but it's hard to find the same way out you came back in. The mall is beautiful but the parking isn't free and it's around soooo many downtown Norfolk attractions you can walk every 5 minutes and experience something new. Just don't get lost or end up on the light rail tracks but Google maps helps it's on point.

Plenty of parking and nice variety of stores over multiple levels. Went in December so they have Christmas event and ice skating if you are into that. Perfect for parking if going to norva for concert.
