Brewnuts

Every time we go to Cleveland, we stop in for donuts and EVERY TIME the person at the register is very rude and unwelcoming. The only reason we go back is for the donuts themselves (which is the only reason I have them a star at all). I always shout them out on social media and hype them up to everyone regardless of how poorly they treat customers. But now with the pandemic going on, we obviously haven’t made any trips to Cleveland. So I sent a message on Instagram asking if we could order ahead to pick up because we weren’t gonna drive 1.5 hours to go there and then be sold out of certain donuts we wanted....they saw the message but do you think anyone was polite enough to answer? NOPE! You can bet we are done giving them any kind of praises or money. Your products might be good, but your customer service is THE WORST I’ve experienced in my lifetime, ANYWHERE!

We used brewnuts as our wedding dessert and let me tell you, they are amazing! Working with them was a great experience.. so helpful and kind. I’d book them 1,000 times over. The donuts were not only delicious.. but beautiful! So much time and attention that I cannot rate them high enough.

Decided to try these donuts after passing by a few times. The donuts looked and smelled amazing. However, I must say I was very disappointed. I tried the Maple Bacon, Strawberry Sprinkles and Classic Glaze. The donuts were not good AT ALL! I could taste the yeast in the Classic glaze donut. The donuts had absolutely no flavor except for the yeast. I understand the expense (3 bucks per donut), its a raw bakery and the donuts are huge but save your money. You can get a better, tastier donut at the grocery store.
