Of course everybody knows pizza hut is a great place to eat, but unfortunately, a lady who works there, I don't know if she's the manager, but be very careful when placing your order. Yesterday my kids & I stop by. I order two $5.00 line-ups (med. pizzas), cinnabon rolls, & a two liter drink. She gave me one pizza & the rest of my order. She charged me $11.99 for the pizza's. So I went back in & said ma I only got one of my pizza's. She said I'm sorry I didn't know you wanted two. I said I asked for two & you charged me for two. So how did you get it confused. She had the dumbest look on her face. I realize then she was trying to cheat me out of my order. So just be aware of what you order & how much you're being charged. The food was great, but the customer service lacks ethical standards and honesty.

This is a wonderful restaurant! The food is excellent. It is cooked to perfection, and there is plenty of it. The shrimp parmesan was wonderful. My sister got the chicken marsala, and she loved it. The service was excellent. BreeAnn, our server, was attentive, and she was quick on refills. It is also a very clean establishment. An extremely pleasant experience!

Been here before. It's decent. This visit they didn't put in the order for the small pizza until our other order was on the table. A large pizza was made in error. The manager charged us for a medium and thought they were giving us a break when we ordered a small. Nope. We ordered a small. At our request the manager lowered the price down to the small we ordered. So, all in all, it was okay. The waitress was precious. Food was good.

My experience working at bravos has been fantastic. A huge learning experience. The Manager their Micky, she definitely goes out of her way for the customers as well as the coworkers. Thanks to all who have came by the try us out and please if you haven't joined us then I personally invite you to dine in experience with us at Bravos Italian Grille!!!We will not disappoint!!
