After being there a couple of times, i keep being disappointed. They don't seem to ever have kimchi fried rice, even though it's one of their best items. Lately the portions seem to be getting smaller and for a $14 bowl, it's a little overpriced. Despite this, the samgyupsal is tasty, and the kimchi fried rice when they have it. I recommend to anyone that wants to get a quick snack nearby.

Great place either when you crave some bbq in the middle of study or roaming around Washington square park. LA galbi bowl is must-try.

From the first moment you enter that place the waiters give you a comfortable feeling. Very comfortable stuff, it is a nice place to go out with friends and colleagues or with your date. Great cuisine, experienced chef, decent pay and attentive service. Warmly recommended.

This spot is fantastic! Affordable prices, considerable dishes and the staff members are regularly super friendly.

The best quick-bite meal I've had around NYU, and I've been trying every food truck and bowl shack I could find lately. bowllin's bulgogi bowl with kimchi rice is by far my favorite. Their Korean chili (bibimbap) sauce is so full of flavor- it's divine!!!! And yeah- their prices are indeed a little high, but well worth it. The portion is decent, but I'd add a third side for extra charge if you're starving.

A rice bowl shop with Korean flavors. While nothing mindblowing, the classic Korean flavors (spicy + sweet) and pile of filling ingredients (chicken, egg, avocado) sets this apart from other Asian rice bowl stops. Prices were very reasonable, definitely will stop by again when I'm in the area and craving some protein with some Asian flavors.

This is one of the few places that you can get Korean food around NYU.

I tried the Number 1, beef short rib egg chili sauce broccoli white rice and kimchi. Really delicious. I think I may have been given the sweet chili sauce instead of the spicy one, either that or it's just sweeter and less spicy than it should be, though it was very good. The slices of rib were a little chewy. I'll have to come back and try something else to see how those minor issues fare.

Got their Samgyupsal (fried pork belly) and it was delicious!! Perfect for spicy-lovers aa it comes with kimchi and fresh jalapeños. It was a little pricy ($14 after tax), but everything’s made to order. Will go back as a special treat!
