Great Cannoli.One of the best bakeries in Boston!Has all kinds of italian/Mediterranean sweets and savory croissants.It's in North end in little Italy. So it's perfect if you're on a night out and want a quick late night bite. It's open all night so you don't have to worry about not having a place to eat.

The one and only late night spot in Boston to get hot food. Their late night croissants are amazing after a night out. Their bakery items which are available 24/7 are also all amazing. The peanut butter Congo bar is to die for along with any of their cannolis, the Oreo cannoli is my favorite or the chocolate dipped cone one.

Best cannolis always fresh no matter what time of the day you stumble in!

Love Bova's! I am a Limo driver in the city and love taking guests there! Lady at the front is always great to me and usually a small wait, not like Mike's or Modern

I love the fact that this place is 24 hours. The desserts are amazing and they always have calzones late at night that hit the spot after a night out in Boston. The bakery pizza is also really good.

So many yummy desserts and treats inside. We went on a Sunday afternoon and there was a Iine but it moved along quickly. We got some bread. We warmed it up in the ovenIt was good! The staff was so kind, the lady behind the counter gave the kids one free cookie each! They were staring at the cookies like wow! The cookies were good but too sweet, just right! I see why this place is a staple in the community. Nothing fancy just good old baked God like grandma made them.

The Hummingbird Cake is the best I've ever had, being from the south, I've had my share. You will not be disappointed in the variety of desserts. Cupcakes, cakes, pies, cheesecakes, cookies, brownies, cookie bars... All are beyond delicious! Just thinking about it puts me in dream land.

This place is nuts. Its 24hr bakery never seen anything like it. It's a very small place and there was literally a line running out the door. They must make a fortune. The pastries was good it's just a nightmare to get through there. The line moved quick, I wont fault them for the like they were legitimately doing everything they could to move as fast as possible.

If you know, you know. People go crazy for Mike's and Modern, but Bova's is the true hidden gem of Boston's North End. They're open 24hrs a day, one of the few places in the city to say that. So if you're hungry at 3am you can stop in for pastry and arancini. Their macaroons are outstanding, and they do a variety of Italian pies and cookies and custard/cream-based desserts. Their ricotta pie is a major winner, and has become a must-have at our Thanksgiving dinner table. Skip the tourist spots on Hanover Street and check out the true best bakery in the North End.

This place is magical. A 24 hour bakery that serves the sweetest of sweets and mouthwatering savory snacks. Be prepared to buy more than you came for.

This place is unbelievable. I was walking to a known tourist bakery in the north end when I stumbled on this place. This is a hidden gem. I walked in and it was an old school type of bakery. I sampled at least 10 different things and it was amazing. I will never go to Boston again without stopping in here. The ricotta pie will blow your mind. I got one right out of the oven. Don’t bother going to the other bakery in the north end. This place is way better!!

Great place to grab food or bakery items. There's usually a line depending on the time of day but it moves quickly. It's a 24 bakery so expect it to be busy especially at night. Great pastries and grab and go calzones.

We had a chocolate chip cannoli and a Florentine cannoli. Both were great!

Very very good pastries. 5 star food but 1 star service so I put 3 stars down. The woman behind the counter had an attitude and seemed annoyed the place was busy. She touched the food with bare hands after touching dirty cash! Unsanitary... The pastries were good, but the staff needs to wear gloves or use paper to touch the food... I noticed some other reviews said the same thing so hopefully this issue will be addressed. I recommend that you don't come here when it's super busy.
