On the website hang a banner on free delivery from 300 UAH + that by signing up for the newsletter I will be guaranteed to receive 100 UAH discounts on the first order. I placed an order for UAH 780, but it turned out that when using the promotional code it would no longer be considered a card payment and for each of the two things I would have to pay UAH 45 for delivery. According to the operator, I also cannot pick up from a pickup point and not pay for delivery. What is the point of these flashy banners and promises if they do not work? It’s better to order from the manufacturer and pay more for delivery, but I won’t feel cheated

The store is very bad, used to work quickly and clearly. Now it’s a complete disappointment ... the goods are not available, are the store managers unable to answer suppliers? For some reason, they cannot even find out this question. Of the promised 2-5 days of delivery, a week later no one said anything clearly about the order, the money was withdrawn and it was proposed to wait, but how much was not known. We work with Lyabutik as suppliers. The company is not solvent. They promise to pay for 8 months and do not give contacts to those who can explain the failure to fulfill their obligations under the contract. I do not advise you to work with them. Now in the process of filing documents in court.

I do not advise anyone !!! I made an order with them for the first time, and the last. Three orders were at the same time, and they all sent the wrong one, the wrong size as stated in the description, the wrong color .. And I have been waiting for the refund for more than 10 days, I don’t even know whether I will receive it or not, as it is promised in 5 days. Not a single store has ever encountered such a thing.
