4 stars is for the free WiFi, comfortable place to sit and work, and the friendly staff. The coffee was good, the avocado toast was mediocre and felt very overpriced.

Great espresso drinks and excellent breakfast options. I've been looking for a new go-to coffee place in FiDi and have to say this is some of the best coffee I've had in NYC. Unlike some other coffee shops, the food is as good as the coffee. Breakfast bowls and avocado toast were amazing and great-looking pastries too.Expect to wait a bit for made-to-order food (as opposed to pastry), but it's worth it.

Good coffee and pastries, and a small business owner that cares. Skip Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts and support a local shop!

I have never had a bad item from this menu. The drinks are delightful and the food is even better. The avocado toast is THE BEST I have had anywhere in NYC. I ordered online yesterday for pick up and mentioned that I am pregnant and cannot have the goat cheese. One of the associates working there called me directly to say she also had children and can assure me the goat cheese is made from pasteurized milk and is safe to eat. I thought this was so nice of her to take that step, she went above and beyond. And the avocado toast (and tomato toast) is SOOO great. The mashed avocado is superb with peas and microgreens and the creamy goat cheese and they give a slice of lemon for a dash of acidity...and it's the perfect size and fills you up...I highly recommend this place, the staff is so friendly and the place is modern and clean. Yeah. Coffee’s fine. Has a peaceful ambience but destroyed by the bad, LOUD music selection. I’m just trying to have coffee, do some work, and relax. Not trying to attend a music concert. I’ll go to Brooklyn for that.

Wonderful all around. Boundless Plains has great staff, excellent espresso drinks and food, and the best cold brew I've had anywhere.

The perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee wirh either self made yummy pastries, healthy sandwiches and much more. Very friendly personnel. The Holiday Inn Hotel Manhattan Financial District is also just opposite across the road. We will definitely come back for more of that delicious coffee and pastries.
