My first time there and it was busy and kept getting busier. Very good service and very good prices. The food was great also. Had the roast beef like Reuben that was listed on the register counter and it was excellent. Very nice selection and friendly nice people. Looking forward to going back again and taking my family. I would have taken a picture of my stuffed sandwich but it was too good to wait to eat it.

Delicious sandwiches! Every single one I've tried has been what I anticipated. The guys behind the counter are prompt and polite. I highly recommend this shop for a quick bite to eat.

Incorrect order quickly corrected & delivered. Rick handled the issue professionally with a smile. I reviewed on GrubHub & gave 1 star. Tried to add to that review but couldn't. Food was delicious & customer service outstanding. Thank you.

They have a large menu of unique sandwiches. This place is great for a work lunch. They are fast and the sandwiches are made with quality ingredients. The prices are good, about $6 for a large sandwich.

Small sandwich shop. Sandwiches are always excellent. Lots of interesting combinations. Parking is limited, which is why I rated it 4 stars. But food wise it's 5 stars

First visit, but there will be more. Anxious to tell my friends about this place. If they don't already know. Very welcoming, clean, awesome lunch menu with delicious food.

Fabulous - I think I've been going here most of their 25 ish years. Sandwiches with fresh ingredients and a prefect balance of flavors.

Great delicious food.

This is not a place you should go to if you're looking for great customer service. However, it definitely isn't bad customer service, it merely the lack thereof. Nonetheless, I have no choice but to give this place 5 stars. I would give them more if i could. Their food is flawless. Syracuse is renowned for unsavory, unpleasant distasteful food. But not this place. I had a cornbeef sandwich that sent my taste buds on a journey it has never experienced from a sandwich before. I will definitely return again and again and I will never order a sandwich from any other place in Syracuse besides them. They even carry my favorite rootbeer as well. It was a very clean, relaxing, quiet and inviting environment.

Neat spot for sandwiches and whatnot.Their Chili, though, is not really a chili, but more like a spicy chicken stew with some white beans, potatoes, carrots and bell peppers, no onions or chili cheeses on top. It wasn't too bad, but still a spicy stew, not a chili. The corned beef sandwich was good -- try it without cole slaw.
