Please go anywhere else! I waited for 20 minutes only for one employee to be on the phone at the register the whole time talking extremely loud. She had gloves on whistle holding said phone then proceeded to make my food. I’ve come multiple times to see that this isn’t a one time occurrence. The management is terrible this is a place to go based on who you know, there’s different prices and experiences based on how well you know the owner, so if it’s your first visit don’t come!

Just so good seamoss smoothies!!!! I loved the Blue Orleans with blue spirulina and the berry one. Also blueberry vegan donut tasted good.

I so love this spot! Came highly recommended and it’s beyond what I could have ever imagined. The vegan muffins are my absolute favorite! I was literally like a kid in a candy store! Everything in this spot is healthy and I was able to get fresh sea moss with bladderwrack. It’ll be my home away from home! So cozy and zen! Proud of this young entrepreneur!

Waited 15 minutes in line. They had no juice. Then had to stand there for 40 minutes waiting for them to make 1 order of toast and 1 smoothie. They might want to consider more employees or better ones

Fast service. Everyone was nice & friendly. They answered all my question. Very engaging and well informed about the products. The establishment was very clean and inviting. The smoothies were fresh, delicious and refreshing. I purchased the "Yeah with the Yeah and the "Ya Heard Me". I definitely recommend you try them.

Perhaps the most amazing smoothie bar I have ever been to... and I used to work at one. The owner is incredible, and I seriously believe in what he's doing here. He's the closest smoothie bar to the 9th ward I've ever seen. A brilliant Black owned business(with AMAZING) service and quality to support. When I worked at a school across the street, I would get their ginger and orange juice shot daily, and it helped my nausea (medical issue) to a phenominal amount; more than the actual medications I have been persecribed by a doctor. So much love and support for them.

The place is AWESOME!! I wish I didn't delete the pics of Avocado Toast (It's to die for). It a total Gem in the community. I drive all the way from New Orleans East every chance I get to get something refreshing & great. I love that they sell Seamoss and Elderberry. Hope they can put one in New Orleans East very soon.

This place has the best juices and sea moss.

Came into town and found this lovely place up the street from my Airbnb. Fell in love the first day. The avocado toast was amazing and the smoothies were refreshing and fulfilling. I recommend the “Big Zoe” or “Yeah with the yeah”. My group and I literally went there for breakfast every day until we left. The service was fast and friendly. Definitely a place I will keep coming to.

So when you walk in, everything kind of stops because it’s that tranquil. You then look around and realize you’re good because you can’t buy anything bad even if you don’t buy anything. In a way, even the staff appear to be what you’re buying. Oh and the avocado toast is bananas. Bless

I found Botanicals NOLA through a Google Maps search for health food when I was having crazy medical issues. Their sea moss has saved me! The food is vegan, healthy, and delicious! After two days in a row of their sea moss smoothies, my energy bounced back as never before! Cheaper than my doctor’s copay to boot. Their chickpea sandwich, avocado toast, and peanut butter toast are healthy and filling. Their ginger shots are packed with ginger! I recommend washing it down with their sea moss lemonade. Idk why people said the staff were rude or slow. I have been coming here over a year and never had this issue (it must’ve been resolved). I had my 2 smoothies and toast in under 8 min with another customer’s order ahead of me. Atmosphere is great, stylish, sunny, welcoming, and clean/selfie-worthy bathroom. Highly recommend!!
