Nice chips

Great tasting pizza. £2.50 for a delicious 2 topping pizza is amazing. It was piping hot and full of intense flavour. The cheese tasted very nice and the dough was quite refreshing to eat. Nice and clean establishment and nice polite service.

One of the best fried chicken in London. The spicy wings probably the best item on the menu. Service is always swift.

Absolutely horrible customer service!! The staff member who served me had no manners what so ever. I had come into there to pickup my pizza but when All i just wanted was to re check my order to see if it was correct, the staff member did not want to re confirm with me. Instead he decided to be arrogant for no reason and when he had done this I had to put it to him that as customer who is paying for food there is no need to be arrogant for no reason. Just to add that this place does not know customer service at all and it’s an area where they seriously need to start looking at.

Just an average takeaway hot wings. Price is cheap.The store front, seats and kitchen floors looks clean, good lighting. Customer service was fine.

Store was dirty when I entered, food was uncooked and greasy. The staff aren’t the most polite and do not ask for yor order when you arrive. There was dirt on the floor and walls and the shop didn’t open on time and when they did they sent us away saying food isn’t ready yet. I was very disappointed because I came with some friends really hungry but took ages to prepare. The posters on the windows are highly off putting as well. I wouldn’t eat here again and do not recommend !

The food is great but I will not be going there after today's experience. Indeed I was rudely told not to come back after requesting a refund on an order that was not done correctly. Asked for mild chicken and was given spicy chicken instead. They kept insisting it was indeed mild but the young lady I'd bought spicy wings for tasted it and told me that it was as hot as the spicy wings. I was accused of eating some of the food and then bringing it back. As if there was some other way of knowing that it was not what I ordered. Such an insult after buying there for years sometimes twice a week. I wonder if trading standards would agree that you could refuse future service to someone simply because they complained and returned a product with no swearing, abuse or threat.

The staff are quick though this place can get busy during peak times. Try the peri peri chips too. One hour free parking available at the nearby car park.

This should be a review about the chicken, but instead due to incompetence of staff I did not even get to try it! The simple concept of "under-promise & over-deliver" seems to baffle these people.Ordered 2 meals, was told 40 minute delivery. Called 50 minutes later, to be told driver is "on his way". The location is less than 10 minutes away, so called 10 minutes later. Was told "it is a bit busy and he has to make other deliveries".Furious, cancelled the order. Do not bother if you want to order a delivery.
