Picked up dinner for a friend in need of emotional support. She wanted boston market so that is what she got. Service was good and food was hot. My chicken pot pie was amazing! A bit pricey in my opinion, but overall tasty and it made my friend feel better and that's what is important. Plenty of parking. Be aware this location is hidden from the main street but there is an access street by the target. Just follow your waze or other gps if you see unfamiliar.

The food is incredible!!! Once I've eaten my meal, I always feel stuffed🙂. The meat on the ribs just fall off the bone. The chicken pot pie with its homemade crust is so delicious. It feels like a home cooked meal and not like a fast food restaurant.

Service is still horrible. Cashier stayed on her cell phone the whole time. Not even a little discreet about her personal conversation. Do better Boston Market.

I wish I could give negative stars. I ordered 2 quarter whites. First I got the smallest quarter white ever. She compensated by adding another piece of chicken. They were out of new potatoes said it would 10 min. I didn't mind waiting the 10 min. Of course it took much longer than 10 min. Lady bring out unrecognizable new potatoes. They were more like mashed new potatoes. Needless to say I was very upset because I waited all this time to end up choosing something else. When I asked about a discount because clearly I should not pay full price for the more than 25 min I was in the restaurant. The manager came over ready to give me whole $2 discount!!!!! Then to say they were short staffed like that was my problem! Was not happy to say the least.

The drive thru was not crowded ,then I found out why Order was incomplete: gravy for mashed potatoes was missing . The meatloaf had no sauce of any kind and then , of all things the meatloaf was raw . There is enough going on right now without having to worry about food safety.

The staff is awesome, the food is great, one of my favorite places to eat!
