They do their best but we've had a couple wrong orders when we tried to order catering. That was a while ago. Hopefully it's better now.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Offered to help carry our dinners to the table.

Overpriced Ribs, dirty tables, pleasant staff though.

Boston Market chicken is always delicious - definitely 5-star worthy. The 1-star rating is for the staff at the Park Ave location. They’re nice to some customers but serve a petty side of misery to others. Their meanness is equally distributed however - they can treat you with contempt even if you look like them. They have an area for “Quick Service - Online & App Orders” but you’ll be completely ignored. Eventually you stand in line to order, at which point, you may as well order & get fresh food because your online order has been sitting on the shelf for a while. However, they’ve already charged your credit card for the online order - who wants to pay twice? Oh the punishment for using their App to try and make life easier. Perhaps next time, I’ll try curbside service if I’m in a rush - probably in a different town with a happier crew.

Closest thing to home cooked meal for the same price and timeframe as any fast-food place

This place is the best the workers are always on point food hot and fresh my go to place never ever a bad meal

The food was excellent and I love their green tea it's unbelievable

Awesome place to eat. Mangers always soooo nice. The older woman is incredibly nice always running around making sure things are right. Helping out where needed.

Best chicken ever I love eating there

Great food., staff pleasant to deal with. Also good when u get coupons for buy 1 meal get 1 meal free. Enjoy eating there with the family and bring the free one to work the next day.

The food is great and very tasty. The service is always on point and everything is very very good. Straight from when you walk in to the second you walk out, you have a great experience. 10/10 would go again!
