I've had better there before. The staff seemed overworked and distracted. The server kept stopping putting my order together to help someone else in line. Had to wait for chicken to finish. They ran out at prime dinner time!

I love this Boston market. The staff are pleasant and a joy to talk to every time you go in their. They are so nice and helpful. I’ve been to the Boston market in Pottstown before and the one in norristown is so much better. It’s cleaner and the food looks and taste better

Carmen and the manager on this location at Germantown Pike are always going beyond the line of duty.They are constantly Informing you off all items on the menu, giving you choices, asking you to gently wait few minutes if an item is going to be ready soon and bringing food right to your table with out compromising other clients flow or quality of service.Y can only receive that dedicated service at a 4-5 star restaurant. I love the food but the portions are getting smaller & smaller every time I go. It's closed right now for renovations. But this location gives EVERYONE B1G1 every day w the purchase of a drink weather you have a receipt from that week or not. Very friendly staff at this location!

I never write reviews, but we had such an unexpectedly pleasant experience here that I have to! We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Coley. He made great conversation and joked with us while he made our meals. He carried our plates to the table with a smile and offered me a drink cup after I had gone back and forth on a drink and decided against it. Even though we came in after 9 PM (close to closing time on a weeknight!), he was exceptionally pleasant and made our experience wonderful. The food was delicious as well despite it being later in the night. We’d love to stop back!
