A little to pricy for the food they serve

Great restaurant, love the food , very healthy for comfort food. You always get cornbread. It can be a bit pricey at times , but overall a great place to eat.

I hadn't been to a Boston Market in years, yet I lived near one (most of the time). I've never had a bad experience at a Boston Market and this particular wasn't any different. I ordered a chicken avocado club sandwich and it was delicious. The other person in my party just ordered a decadent slice of chocolate cake. It was delicious as well. I had a taste of it, though I don't normally eat nor like chocolate. The employees were nice and the food I didn't order though considered looked and smelled quite tasty.

We placed an order for curbside pickup @ 7:45pm. We pulled up at 7:45pm and checked in. We then waited for 10 min. No one came out so I checked in again and we waited another 5 min. At 8:00pm, I called the store to ask if the order was ready and the lady who answered said "oh yeah it's been ready. We don't have any way to know when you pull up"(for a curbside pickup??!! With a check in button??!!). Then we had to wait another 5 min before anyone came out with the order. No apologies were offered, no discount or credit given. I love Boston Market, and the food tastes phenomenal, but will not be visiting this location again.

Delicious Food. However the prices dove in my pockets deeper than Michael Phelps. Excellent customer service the staff was wonderful. Cmon corporate you guys dont have to make this establishment super expensive.

Not my favorite place but the wife loves it. Meatloaf is decent. Love peppery mashed taters. Brussel sprouts were a little too tangy for my tastes.

My husband and I although we always loved Bosten Market had not been in years until today. Let me just say it was even better than remembered. Service was absolutely excellent and friendly! The food was hot and cooked perfectly!! We live near Washington CH...wish we had Boston Market!!

Christine was seriously showing herself (though she didnt waIt on us): she refused to go to the back and get a new tray of dressing (Thanksgiving dinner). She said the person in back had an attitude. We had to wait for the person on back came to replenish the food...8 customers later). And MS.
