The ice cream is the best in town but the employees were kinda rude and very quick to talk. They snapped instead of discussing properly

I’ve never wrote a review but I knew I had to on this one, when I walked in the ice cream shop the Spanish looking lady talked to us in a rude tone and a face you want to punch, when asked for chocolate ice cream she said “Are you f***** serious” she said stuff like that twice we didn’t even do anything to make her so impolite.

The ice cream was delicious and the servings were huge. A great selection of ice cream confectionaries.

Good ice cream. Customer service not great. Staff sounds and looks rude and grumpy.

Prices are way to high I didn't care for the Aesthetics of the place either. But the young lady helping me was very informative and polite

I was offered a gift certificate from nift to visit here,so I ordered a strawberry and banana ccakefor my mom birthday and it was fresh tasting and really tasty 😋. The customer service was good also,when I called to order and picked it up

Rude Spanish looking chick screaming and telling black chick to put less ice cream in each scoop, my first time thr bought 2 scoops for $5.50 and it was very little I will never go there again Sorry Boston ice cream factory you lost another customer y’all suck

Be prepared to spend some money

The Hispanic woman there was very rude and inconsiderate. She wrote the wrong words on a cake for my dying grandmother after I specifically and clearly told her what to write. When I said something, she did not apologize or show any empathy. I will not be returning with this attitude, if you are going to work with people ATLEAST have some customer service skills.

Average ice cream. Not Gourmet

Just the right kind of ice cream. Not too fatty but creamy. Great taste and nice texture. The staff was nice and friendly.

Staff is so rude and have bad attitudes. They never smile. The lady told me since people steal ice cream I can't run and get my cash from my car since they have $10 debit card minimum she told I can't take my ice cream cuz i might steal it. I left the place and did not purchase anything. They will never get my money. Disgusted

Staff are rude & they hate to put down their cell phones to prepare your order. They will sigh before they ask you what they can get you. They never have chocolate soft serve. Their toppings are stale. Seriously just went in there wanting to spend my money. Now the sugar bowl will get my money

Not same ice cream

No kids size or soft serve. The Maple Pecan was okay, but lacking in flavor and a little icy in texture. I did appreciate their use of paper cups instead of styrofoam, and the girl who served me was helpful and friendly even though it was close to closing time. However, at $4 for a just-okay small cup, I think I'll go elsewhere next time.
