Nice place for Breakfast in n out tasy food

Rude Chinese lady. We ordered 2 strawberry smoothies NO BOSA. She said it was free, still said no. We get the smoothies and there's bosa at the bottom. We say, no we didn't want bosa we want new smoothies made. She says the best she can do is scoop the bosa out but cannot make new ones since we had already ordered them with the bosa. How does that make sense? Stupid. Saw a cockroach too. Disgusting.

Always nice staff, great donuts, excellent boba. Still need to try the sandwiches!

The ice coffee I got taste burnt

Bosa is fine overall but the cinnamon rolls are not great, they're just donuts with a tiny bit of cinnamon roll stuff. They have these good looking croissant things but I havent tried them because they are called "specials" and you cant get them when you buy the donut pack. All the donuts taste the same.

Everyone ranges about Bosa donuts. Don't know why... Back when they first came out they were at least big donuts, now they are small. They always look great but don't add up to the hype.

Delicious donuts and excellently stocked at 5:45am on a business day. Only thing I would note is that in some of the pictures it shows a dozen donuts at $8.99 but the actual price was $11.90 (11/19/2019). Not sure if that's a normal thing or not? I don't remember paying that much at other BoSa locations? Still, they have good donuts.

They allow people to cut in line during social distancing and don't say anything.

After several visits I'm confident in saying the quality of donuts being a served out of this location is significantly less than other Bosa locations. Bosa makes the best donuts, just not this store. Avoid this one.

Friendly Staff and great selection, however they seem to always been understaffed. The wait times can be fairly long, but the staff definitely works hard to satisfy the customer. Unfortunately the staff can only do so much, and with what always seems to be just 1 person up front to not only man the cash register, but also fill orders, make drinks, and serve customers - it tends to slow down the process and extend wait times.

The lady working the evening of 01/20/20 over charged me and then took my receipt back. I ordered two tuna croissants 4 doughnuts and 6 doughnut holes it came up to $17.00 and then she said she had tho charge me $5.00 more.lolol at the menus the math is not right. I got home just to find out my croissant was burned I know she see this but she served out anyway. I called for obvious reasons and when she realized I was complaining she said she could not hear me I called from another phone once she realized it was me again she said she could not hear me I had my fiancé call from the original phone and asked for the address and she heard him just fine I called back she said she could not hear me so there's my experience with this location.

Bosa Donuts is a small donut shop, but has various doughnuts to offer you with! Their shop is very clean. The donuts they make are very delicious. They also have coffee, smoothies, milkshakes, and sandwiches! The staff are very polite and their English is alright. One problem is that there is usually one worker each shift. For one person, progress seems to be very slow around the shop. Other than that, definitely recommend trying the donuts and drinks they have to offer you!
