Booth One is a classic Chicago restaurant and social dining scene in the heart of the Gold Coast. Drawing inspiration from the legendary restaurant at the former Ambassador East Hotel, there’s not another room like it in all of Chicago. Booth One serves modern American cuisine which is complemented by champagne and contemporary takes on classic cocktails.

Had a great experience on a Wednesday evening. The cocktails at the bar were great. Our server was very good, knowledgeable and friendly. We had the caviar service which was very reasonable for a low price service. We ended up doing the restaurant week menu - the tuna tartare with homemade chips was very good, the duck and beef Wellington we great and the desserts were simple but good.

Was here for a wedding reception. Food was great!!! Good seating layout. Dance area near bar is kind of small. Staff is very friendly and quick to help. Bathrooms are in the basement and only one toilet for men. Decor is very elegant.
