Terrible service with junior staff asking for personal information that is clearly contrary to federal privacy laws and none of the company's business. The cash register was not working and I was unable to pay cash!! One cash till? There is much room for improvement regarding the service and yes this issue was addressed by some unqualified individual who clearly does not understand why I am upset and frankly I am pretty certain there are other customers who resent being asked personal questions..STOP ASKING FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION!! Love the product but the service needs more improvement and support from HEAD OFFICE STAFF.
