Poor customer service, but the juice was good

I’m a regular booster juice customer but today was my first and last visit to this particular store. I placed an order I get almost daily at different locations around the GTA and was treated like I was making an unreasonable request. The lady was visibly irritated and confrontational in explaining that it’s not a modified Mind Over Matcha but a custom smoothie. After reluctantly making it, she charged me about $11 which I refused to pay because it’s always around $8. She said it was because I added extras and I argued they were substitutions (dairy free etc.) not additions! She then pushed a few buttons resulting in the usual price so I paid and walked out with my dairy free smoothie.

The manager here is very unprofessional. She desperately needs some customer service training and to be provided information on what discrimination and harrassment are... It's quite obvious that she is unaware of what either of these things are.

Juice is great, but if you don't honour the SPC program don't advertise it! BMO has a SPC mastercard for university & college students. Getting told its solely for students under the age of 16 is incorrect. 👎 Not the response you want to receive first thing in the morning.

I love booster juice!!!! I have nothing bad to say about booster juice or their products or employees. I love how you are able to make modifications and changes to your smoothie, as to make it your own. The reason for the 1 star is because of the owners/franchisers. Whenever I walk in to the two locations owned by the same franchiser and the owner is working. I am always singled out for, asking for the tiny bit extra that is in the bottom of the blender. I am also always singled out and told I did something wrong, when clearly I am always so kind and polite. I have never treated the employees rudely. I think she (the owner/franchiser) doesn't like the idea of giving me the extra little bit, even if that little bit will be thrown out. My views in life and food is never to waste anything, or throw away anything good. We have limited resources on planet earth and if I can do my part to not waste food then I will.

There's this white chick who wears shinny tights that immediately requires some customer service skills. Been there couple times and never says hello or thank you or good bye...you know basic principles. Like I'm giving you my business....be kind! She doesn't even wash her hands. Scratches herself and then touches peoples fruits with it. Absolutely disgusting. Forget a smile...where's the hygiene lady?!?! I don't know if she's experience severe depression or she's just a b*!+h but she's gotta go. Totally disrespectful. The other guys working are pretty chill.
