Our most recent visit was during the winter and we snagged the table right in front of the open real wood fireplace. What a pleasure! Service was friendly and prompt and food was delicious. We have been here in the summer as well - a treat with the windows open and view of the harbor. Most entrees are in the mid-thirties, so not inexpensive, but worth it.

Outstanding atmosphere, food, service and drinks. Good craft beer selection and creative mixed drinks. The seafood popover I enjoyed was one of the best seafood dishes I have ever indulged. Outside dining is a perfect Maine coast setting with lots of coastal night life swirling around. This was a true 5 star experience, worth every penny, without completely breaking the bank.

We are local, decided to give it a second chance... Mistake... First time we were there- calamari came cold on one side of the plate, warm on the other. When mentioned, they served us another plate that was lukewarm all over. Today's mussels were not bad, but croutons they came with🙄? What do they use to fry them in?? I'm embarrassed to say it, but 5 hours later I still taste them in my mouth after each burp..We won't be back.

It's a nice typical New England seafood restaurant. The food is great, the reception is really nice and the service is good. Boone's baked lobster is something you would want to try.

Good atmosphere, food was tasty. But for the price in my opinion the portions were to small. If you are a big guy don't expect to be filled up when you leave. Also, I felt the tables were to close. Staff was very friendly. Would I go back, yes for treating my wife, she had no problems with the portions, but most woman wouldn't.

Really good food, great atmosphere but for those that don't like loud places, Friday nights aren't for you. My father isn't a fan of that. I myself, enjoyed my time eating here!

Went for happy hour, it was great. 75 cent oysters and shrimp. Oysters were awesome and shrimp were huge. Also had a $5 menu for food so I ordered the calamari. Calamari was crispy with a great sauce. They had $5 shipyard and a sparkling wine. Bartender was great and food came out really quick.

I ordered their special Lobster Savannah, which was a lobster stuffed with lobster, scallops, bread crumbs and gruyere. It might have been the most delicious thing I have ever eaten!

Impeccable service. Our server knew the best beer and wine pairings, was knowledgeable about the menu and was on the ball. The food was perfection. We had oysters to start which were fantastic. Perfect combination of brine and sweetness. Zero grit or sand in them. My partner had the stuffed lobster which was the best we've had and I had the cold lobster roll. It was a cozy environment with a crackling fireplace and the music was awesome. We will be back next time we are in Portland!

To start you have to pay $7 an hour in their parking lot. Next we bought the scallops and bacon appetizer for $16 and when it arrived there were three scallops on the plate and some ice cold pork belly chunks and the scallops were mushy. Clam chowder was very smokey. The fish tacos we're horrible you only get two and he only ate one and those were $14. The only thing that was good was the baked haddock except it was only a small amount of haddock on bed of crab meat stuffing and it was $34. Always wanted to come here finally did and never going back again. Go to the Porthole next door. Sodas are $3.50 each. Our total bill was $87.

Loved the happy hour, 4 to 6 daily, $3 beer and house wine, $5 for some drinks. The fried brussel sprouts ($5) were really good and so were the oysters ($1.50). Staff was friendly and the outdoor seating was really nice.

Market price. Varies from day to day

It was open last weekend so I'm sure it is open this weekend too.

I know you can get crab, they ship that on dry ice, so you can probably get lobster too.
