The entire experience was perfect from the time arrived to the time I left. The staff is friendly and experienced. The food is mind blowing it's so good. Worth every penny.

Rented out the restaurant for a wedding. They catered for appx 90 people. The beef was cooked perfectly. The mini crab cakes where simply awesome

A fine dining experience - Our server was very friendly and approachable, yet professional and knowledgeable. As he spoke about the chef, I could really taste the culinary thought put into the dishes. I had the Cheshire pork on the Queens Feast menu, and the sweet potato sauce it was plated with just absolutely made all the flavors sing! The reuse of an old church building gives it a very distinctive architectural interior. I would recommend sitting by a wall on the lower level. You'll be beside either a lovely painting or a large window and looking up at the height of the space. The balcony tables offered more of a view of the indistinct ceiling than anything, unless you are right at the balustrade. But it is quieter and fun to look back down in the main space. Truly enjoyable!

Excellent service, super unique building in an unexpected location, great experience! YOU HAVE TO GET THE MUSSELS. DON'T FORGET. I also ordered another creme brulee after I finished the first one by myself. Enjoy!

Great service, great ambience, food deeelish.. the biscuits omg 🤦🏾‍♀️ so good.. and the chicken and macaroni so good. The okra on the plate was kind of bland and unexciting but that didn't take away from the other delectables. Will definitely come again... No photos because was to busy eating, laughing, and enjoying life.

We stopped by for drinks on a Friday night and had a great experience! The venue was really cool as it’s an old converted church. The bartender was very helpful and guided our choices for the wine selection!

The food was delicious! The dinner rolls were perfect. Everything sounded so good, it was hard to decide. I ended up with the lollipop lamb chop appetizer and Canadian scallops. I was to full for dessert. My book club reserved the private room in the cellar. It was a cozy setting. I'll definitely be back.

We celebrated our Anniversary here and had a lovely experience. Cocktails were perfectly made (which is not always the case!) For appetizers we had the meat and cheese charcuterie plate that was perfect and the lamb brochettes, as well. For our entrees the short ribs and the fried chicken...both very good. We each had a glass of wine then we were going to get a bottle. Our waiter, Jeff - who was the just the best - got us a few to sample before committing and was spot on with his recommendations. And for dessert - the almond souffle with cherry sauce....delightful. Food, Service and Ambience all an A+. Will be back for sure!

Excellent service chef willing to modify entrees. Fab ambiance and we were a group of 8 and everyone enjoyed all their choices. BTW bread was outrageous bar was also a great option to sit have a burger etc Charlotte's best kept secret

We ate at the bar. The bartender did a great job of recommending wines to our taste. She also had great knowledge of the local suppliers that they were getting the seafood. The rolls were hot and fresh out of the oven. While I am typically a fan of black eyed peas, my introduction of crowder peas with the pork chop were very tasty. The pumpkin souffle was freshly cooked with a fabulous vanilla sauce

The food and service was great. David our server was right on top of things & had a sense of humor. Valet parking was nice as well. Nice setting in a old church but was a little loud & hard to hear your guest

Haven't been here in years and now I remember why. Portions are small and food not that great for what they charge. You can find better elsewhere.

Bonterra was very good. We enjoyed the food and wine. Our waiter Josh did wonderfu job. I highly recommend it.

Food and atmosphere wonderful! Staff courteous and efficient.

Food was excellent. The wait staff was great. A little bit to have a conversation with your dinner date.
