Bone Kettle

The bone broth soup was the star of the show here for me👍 We ordered it with chicken and it wasn't overcooked like most soups I've had with chicken in it. Good noodles too, a little chewy but in a good way...I could totally eat that again right now! Had a few other items off the dinner menu and they were alright, the tofu appetizer was actually pretty good and would order that again. We ended up taking home most of the fried rice we ordered, kind of disappointed that you have to order all the good bits as extras when it seems more normal to me to have them already included. Fried it up the next morning with a bunch of eggs and it was great! I'd love to come back and try their weekend brunch next time! Sounds like that's one of the more popular times to stop by for their special menu.

Friendly, helpful service and delicious food. The oxtail dumplings and steak tartare were both delicious, and we all really enjoyed our broth as well. Can be busy, so it's worth booking ahead, but we managed to get seated fairly quickly as a party of 3 with no reservation. We will definitely come back next time we're in the area!

As a native New Yorker I've had my fair share of great restaurants with great service. Since moving to Pasadena, Bone Kettle is one of my favorite restaurants of all time. Everything on the menu is innovative and seriously tasty. There's always something new to try and their iconic broth is UNREAL. With COVID, we haven't been able to dine in yet Bone Kettle still delivers the same amazing quality AND presentation of their delicious food... the best!

Wonderful food for days! Love the bone broth

This is my new favorite noodle place in Pasadena.Didn’t expect what we would get from their signature broth but when I took my first sip I was like OMG! Surprisingly delicious ! Just hope that they can change to a better noodle.

Tl;dr Food was decent but it just took too long.Came here with a group of friends. The restaurant had a nice vibe and I was really feeling it until they took forever to serve us anything. They had decent food for sure. I would say I especially enjoyed their mapo tofu fries but it tasted exactly like how you would imagine it to taste like. Sisig pork belly and redang carbonara were a little too salty for me.Overall, I might recommend this place for a date night or just a simple dinner. Highly would not recommend for a group of people.

Very nice place. Very cozy, well managed. Servers could smile more since it’s a service restaurant type of place... so I could feel even more welcomed. Try the chicken wings it has a zing flavor and those chillis make it very different than your regular hot wings somewhere else. I would skip the bone marrow appetizer since it’s not from a good selection of bone... I guess they just bought it... that’s what they got... that’s what they sell. I’ve been to places where the same bone marrow dish is more carefully selected. Hey but overall nice food. Tip: refill of iced tea limited to one... and sodas by the bottle only; I’m guessing for the same reason. Enjoy your food here. Recommended.

The dinner choices they have are amazing! Enough to share with another person! I went there for a birthday dinner and of course, I thought of this place. I will definitely go back so that I can order other items on their menu. Their cocktails are tasty as well. Definitely a go-to spot in the future w/additional friends so we can have a great time with awesome food!

A very unique restaurant that highlights Indonesian food and their signature dish is their broth. I never tried bone marrow before it was surprisingly very good. I ordered a handful of small plates, all good. I really enjoyed their fried rice and prime top sirloin noodles and broth.

Bone Kettle is a family friendly restaurant. The staff goes above and beyond to assit with a smooth mealtime. I love the kids silicone settings with the plates that stick to the table. They even have clean high chairs! I highly recommend brisket noodles with side of bone marrow as it warms the soul. The bone broth doesn't have a strong beefy flavor, instead, the mirpoix stands out. Don't let that fool you because this bone borth will still congeal in the fridge. They also have one of the best halo halo I've ever had. (Jackfruits makes me happy). They do have a rotating menu - great excuse to keep coming back!

If your ever not feeling good come to bone kettle. The broth is perfect. Every time I come here I leave happier than I came in. I love it so much I plan to have my birthday here. And sometimes I just come for the broth lol.

I was so excited for their version of chicken and waffles. In the end it was such a huge disappointment. Chicken had absolutely no flavor. Ube waffles lacked texture. I do have to say the drinks were delicious and the bone broth was amazing. Note to self, only visit in the future for the bone broth.

The oxtail soup with the savory broth is perfect for cold winter days.

Excellent Asian food and awesome variety of flavors. They take a lot of pride and craftsmanship with the food they produce.
