Decent Korean fried chicken. Just wish they had an option for a sauce in between the sweet one and the very spicy one. Serving size was not very large and they were out of the boneless wings.

Great service and people. Very clean. Although I wish they would implement a happy hour of some sorts so it can be my new local go to bar. What's better than fried chicken and beer?... A deal on fried chicken and beer.

Ordered lunch for pick up. The Korean tacos were good and ordered some fries which were also good. They forgot to put my drink in the bag which was not a big deal. I called to let them know, they said they would refund the drink on my card but I still was charged full price. If they weren’t going to refund, they could have easily said they won’t charge me for the drink next time but there will be no next time. Please don’t steal from your customers.

So good. Used a Groupon to get a meal for two that could feed 4 easily. The crust of the chicken is fantastic.

To begin with, most establishments claim to have spicy dishes but very few actually have a hint of any heat and instead come with a savory sweetness to it. Being Mexican I enjoy a good heat so it came as a pleasant surprise that the Bull Dak definitely delivered. Not only did each mouthful provide beautiful spice but even after I started to need water I kept on eating because it was just that damn delicious and flavorful that I didn't want to stop. My partner had the half and half wings which I also tried. This was my first time having korean fried chicken and I have to say it's definitely unique. It was somehow so crisp and juicy that it provided the perfect blend of crunch and melt. In terms of customer service, the staff was very patient and kind. I took to the bar as we waited for our food and the beer was also quite smooth. 5 bucks for their beer and it was definitely worth it. A good sipping beer that sticks close to that true after work beer feeling. Overall, will definitely come back and definitely would love to try dine in. Keep up the fantastic work!

It’s like they don’t cook with salt!!! Everything was bland

I ordered some food through their website. When I got the confirmation email I realized that the time for pickup had been set for three hours from when I placed the order. I called and spoke to someone there and after explaining the situation I was assured the order would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I came in 20 minutes later and was told that they didn't have my order. They explained that it "wasn't in their system". Then they called their manager and said that something had gone wrong despite me calling earlier and being told my order would be ready. I was asked to wait another 10-15 minutes while they made my order. After 10 minutes the worker came up to me and told me that her manager had texted her that my order had been cancelled. She tried to blame it on me or my card that I had used to pay. I most certainly did not cancel my order and I still have a charge pending from Bonchon on the card that is working just fine. She said I could re-pay for the order, but I would have to wait another 10 minutes. There was no sincere apology or offer for a discount. So I declined to order my food for a third time and left. Needless to say I will never eat at Bonchon again.

i can really tell the new manager has worked hard to make this location great!! will be coming back :D

We have been eating here regularly for the last 4+ years and loved until the last year. The food quality has always fluctuated, but has trended down lately. The steamed shumai used to be a go to, but the filling is no longer recognizable as shrimp and the sauce is very heavy on the vinegar. The chicken wings and legs are extra crispy and flavorful with the soy garlic, but the last two times were either on the less done side or barely covered in sauce. We used to get the salmon avocado ball, but it was discontinued and the bulgogi has gotten a bit expensive for the portion size. Right now the fries are the best and most consistent thing. They are double fried / extra crispy and great with the spicy mayo sauce. The staff is always helpful, but we found calling for takeout to be better than the website as it can be down and not give an accurate pickup time.

Good food! Bibimbap was tasty. Mostly relaxed atmosphere - music was a little loud. Service was quick and friendly.

The chicken is predictably fantastic. Service is efficient. The ambiance is more upscale than the usual bonchon. Everything to love. Nothing to dislike.

I have never seen anyone more greedy with the sauce for the chicken. Every single time I get it its half covered chicken. For the prices we pay we deserve chicken fully covered in sauce.

The food is fire, zero complaints. The spicy wings are good, and so is the chicken katsu. I can pretty much recommend anything off the menu, however this particular location has just been hiring really bad servers. The last good server they had was a girl about 6 months I believe but anyone after her is just bad.

Best to dine - in. I wouldn’t recommend for take out. By the time it will be warm and reheated chicken wings are the worst

Amazing food and service. Portions were huge and price was very reasonable. Surprisingly empty on a Friday night.
