Service is always so slow..

Hands dwn best chicken ever and when I say its better that southern classic you better believe it a must try if u ever in the Charlotte NC

Slow, slow, slow, but the food is good. They need to work on faster drive thru.

I stop by bojangles on garners rd. When I walk into the store, it was clean .I was greeted with a smile from Jamiesha. I love her customer service skills, they were right on point. Then I ask to see the manger. When Ms Patricia came from the back with a smile on her face, I can tell were store customer service skills from that night.. She was nice and answer all of my questions with no problem. I just wanted to let her that I was please with everything and keep up the good work. I will be back.

Took my entire lunch break to just get the food i ordered which was a salad and chicken tender meal

Someone really needs to manage this place. Every. Single. Time. We come here there is a problem. We don't receive items, they insist we didn't pay for and then show receipt and it's "oh". Like how do you not know what I ordered and how dare you insist I'm requesting something I didn't order and pay for. There is ALWAYS an extensive wait. Were talking for a few biscuits and some bo rounds. Not a tailgate something or another. Just absolutely ridiculous how this place runs. Bojangles food is good but this is why people prefer chick fil a. Service is EVERYTHING. MANAGEMENT- do your job and address the inefficiencies.

How does a chicken restaurant run out of wings and biscuits? My husband and my self stopped here on our way back to Charlotte because he was hungry. Ordered the supreme combo, was told they were out of biscuits and asked if I wanted a boberry instead. My husband wanted a wing dinner, was told they were out of wings. We get to the window and was asked if we wanted a 10% discount or boberry biscuits because they were out of regular biscuits. Bad experience for us.

I Asked for my fries to be dropped fresh and hot. It appears that they dropped old fries back in the grease. I also asked for ketchup and the young lady at drive thru told me they was out. Went in and got fresh fries and asked for a manager, then later finds out they do have ketchup...smh. The young lady in drive through was too lazy to get some. Yall need to do better with customer service. Fries taste like they was fried in old grease. This is unacceptable being that I managed a restaurant. These establishments really need to get it together because Columbia has really been a dissapointed eating out lately.

Just bought a chicken sandwich, took a bite and it was raw in the middle, old bread that fell apart. 🤮 Disgusting, will never go back...

Kind of slow service, appeared to be newer employees, but not much training going on. Young lady that was clearly new at the register do a fantastic job of making it happen. All with a pleasant smile. She's a keeper. Her attitude made me feel warm and welcome.

This Bojangles has been HORRIBLE lately. I order a Supreme meal. The dirty rice was not good, the fries are always COLD! The biscuits have not been good, they are always HARD. Tried to give them a few chances, but it is never good. Will not be going to this location.

So it's stated that this Bojangles opens at 455am and I arrived at the drive thru at 530am and was told that they would be open at 600am ok no big deal but as I was leaving I could see inside and not one person including the manager was wearing a mask and one employee was pouring the tea then checked to see if all was poured out of the container I guess but at the same time she was breathing into the same container this is unacceptable mask should be worn at all times not just during hours of operation

Becuz the chicken was so wet n greasy. The tea tastes watered down. There was only a few people there n the drive through took forever. This is not one of my favorite bojangles.

The food was delicious to eat me and my sister really enjoyed it.
