Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

I went through the drive through. Lady at the window wasn't very polite or welcoming. She didn't give me my complete meal the first time and didn't give me my sweet tea at all. My food was good, though, and fresh. I enjoyed the meal.

Tried this place for the first time. What a horrible experience...let me count the ways. The drive thru was ridiculously long. The fish and chicken had ZERO flavor. Biscuit, nothing to write home about. Not sure why people return here. We won't!

Ordered roasted chicken bites combo through the drive thru when I received it they were burned so I told the worker they told me too pull up they were going to bring fresh food no one came very upset paid for food I couldn’t enjoy

Stopping in at the Oak Grove Fish House was the highlight of my month searching for Columbia's best restaurants. I truly enjoyed the food, service and the atmosphere. The shrimp cocktail was cold and tasty with homemade cocktail sause. The flounder was light and crispy and they also make their target sause. Adding to that were the most scrumptious hush puppies and their tasty sweet slaw made this one worth every penny. Highly recommend. Excellent service too. Tell the manager Trudy, Joe sent you.

Let me start by saying that I eat at Bojangles several times a week. I tried the pork chop biscuit combo yesterday and the pork had very little flavor and the bo rounds didn't have any flavor, but I still enjoy Bojangles fried chicken.

I like their breakfast biscuits better.

I was stopping in to purchase breakfast for a business meeting of approximately 12 people. The lady working the register had horrible customer service she did not even say hello or how can I help you etc. She basically just looked at me so I chose to take my business elsewhere. 12/27/20 was the morning I stopped by and will be the last at this location . I know this review will not hurt the business Bojangles does but just think how much more could be done if the employees cared more about the customer

I was not pleased with my purchase. I had a Cajun Biscuit!

Service was below adequate, not friendly, very little customer service,my point of view, it felt like the people there was only there for a pay check. Maybe next time I'll go through the drive thru if I go back to that location, food was good and hot, so I guess that's why I gave them 2 stars?

For the first time in a while since I've been eating here, I experienced the greatest drive thru service. First the lady who took my order was very clear and repeated my order back to me to make sure she had everything. Andi wasn't RUSHED! And the other lady who served my food at the window actually asked how was my day! Almost had to look to see if I was at Chick-fli-a! Very nice! Hope this continues being this is the only Bojangles in the area.

Love the chicken. I went here for breakfast, but I had a few issues. My bacon egg and cheese biscuit had a half strip of bacon on it. The next problem is there are homeless sleeping inside. I was hounded for cigarettes and change the whole time I was there. One homeless man even THREATENED me when I refused to give him a cigarette. Stay way definitely in the morning if you have kids.

Bojangles on Elmwood system was down Saturday. They wasn't taking orders but I saw they where in the lobby sitting down than they were taking the orders that they wanted to take. So is the system up today.

I went for the 2 piece, biscuits and fries, but after I (and others) saw one of the cashiers stick her UN GLOVED arm in the big bucket of tea to stir it, I was thru with this place..She didn't take the bucket of tea into the back to do that, she did it right at the register in front of the waiting customers..We were all looking at each other in surprise and disgust
