A little slow but drive thru is wacked

Great location, service is perfect, foods never skimped if it deviates from the normal its in your favor and you get a bit extra.

Just visited this Bojangles and was very disappointed with the service! When pulling up to the drive through you can hear all the employees laughing and not even asking for my order. When ordering you can hear them having a conversation and asking me to repeat my order about 5 times. The employee got my order wrong when pulling up to the window. After being charged, she asked if it was okay if it would be five minutes to wait for my order. I had no choice but to say okay because I had already paid! And do you think it was really 5 minutes? No! Way longer because I can probably guess those employees are in their not doing their job. I’m not typically one to write bad reviews unless I have that bad of an experience. These people don’t care at all about their jobs and that’s sad for Bojangles because I do love their biscuits but have horrible customer service.

It was litty. Bout to go back. You get a thigh. You get a thigh. Everyone gets a thigh. Actually I had the breakfast sandwich and the sausage was salty. But service was on point

I really enjoyed their breakfast biscuits until one day I requested to use a buy one get one free bacon egg and cheese biscuit. I must have complicated my order by requesting that they not include bacon from one sandwhich. This required management approval, even though I was actually saving them money. Also, they forgot the cheese, didn't apologize and took an additional 10 minutes to redo the sandwhich. I went back this morning, ordered my sandwhich (biscuit egg and cheese, and low and behold the cashier forgot to turn off her mic. Unfortunately I heard the comments referring to my previous visit and ultimately left. If nothing else, and that's the culture of your organization at least, remember to turn off your mic. I won't be returning.

Really bad customer service. Had a large order for pick up & the communications weren’t clear as to how the food would’ve been brought out. Wouldn’t just charge the card after come back around to the end of a long line. What sense is that. I could see that they had the order ready and all. Wouldn’t even have minded the 6ft of separation I get it. I work a service job too during this time period. But how’re you gonna 2x inconvenience a customer.

Food was amazing as always. Service could be a little better. But all in all we had a good meal and good experience.

Gotta love their country ham and steak biscuits.

Hello. I visited Bojangles this morning(Fed 24th). The service was great. The only issue I had was those potato rounds. Omg!!! I bit into one and all I could taste was grease. I threw those things out the window. That right there ruined it for me. I pray no one runs over them, might cause a wreck from all the grease in it.

drive thru order was horrible Two person was receiving order but both were talking each other during the order and both didn’t catch what sides I wanted- I just went cashier and reorder everything.There is no customers inside of restaurant, but nothing was prepared made me waiting for almost 20min. Who’s the operator here?

Great service, freshly cooked Cajun Chicken Biscuit with grits for breakfast, and it was delicious. The dining area was very clean.

I came in on Thanksgiving and had the most enjoyable set of individuals possible. I had a large order and my family will enjoy hot food made by an awesome crew. Thank you all!
