Sat in front of the drive through line over 10 minutes with only an initial "I'll be with you in a moment". Several cars got out of the line behind us and just left. We pulled up to the window to see if we could get service only to be ignored and the truck behind us get immediately served.

Slow workers. Only two were trying to keep up with orders. Two young boys were moving as slow as honey in January. Why are these slow, unconcerned workers allowed to stay on the job?I ordered two coffees and two blue berry biscuits. They made fresh coffee and the biscuits had been out for awhile. The manager came in and was turning in circles, not able to keep up with what was going on. Maybe Bojangles should speed their money on training staff instead of putting their name on the Charlotte Colosseum

I ordered the chicken tenders Supremes. The chicken was decent, but barely warm. The macaroni was cold. The biscuit was rock hard...not even one bit was edible. I won't return for another visit.
