Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

Everyone was very pleasant, we did have to wait for a few moments only because we were getting fresh hot food. The food was great when we received it.

My food was hot, fresh and delicious!

The staff was very rude! I asked for lemon for my tea. The girl asked one girl she didn't respond asked another she didn't respond. Finally I asked again and the girl asked the one and she says oh know there is none. They had tea no lemon and couldn't bother cutting one or saying they weren't cutting one! They need to be trained in manners!

Purchased a 2 breast dinner with a side of picnic size seasoned fries for my fiancee. Prepared in front of me, fast and accurate. Fiancee was hungry and was enjoyed the fries immensely! Then devoured the chicken breasts when we got home (very satisfied and says it's one of the few he trusts with his money).Definitely going to keep this as one of our favorite places to eat.

Bathroom was unclean with tissue on the floor and commodes needed cleaning. Trash hadn't been emptied and overflowing. Employees sitting in the lobby laughing and talking when someone should have been cleaning.

They're slow, but they're on point & it's a good location

Had to wait almost 10 minutes before someone came to the register, placed my order and paid, then told that they were out of chicken, but they could drop some and it would be a 20 minute wait, which turned into a 52 minute wait, which seemed longer because of all the unprofessionalism, the cursing, the yelling, and the obvious laziness of the staff, and after all this they got my order wrong, I ordered 7 individual dinners of which 4 of the dinners were incorrect, the Supreme Tenders looked like 4 dried out chicken nuggets, the chicken wings were really small, they did not put any seasoning salt on any of the fries, the biscuits had no butter brushed on them, the meals were disappointing, just terrible, time to switch up from coming to Bojangles on The Plaza. The only professional person in there was the man hired to clean the restaurant.

Good for fast food an the service was good.

I was very disappointed in the Bojangles on the Plaza Road and Eastway. I took it back and I will get a fresh Roasted Bites ordered.😟

Horrible, I wish that I could give them 0 stars!!! No customer service and they didn't know what they were doing. That was whomever was there around 8:00 p m.

Depends on what location you go to. The manager on Lyle's Blvd in Concord has a rude manager the location in Charlotte on the plaza. The food is never fresh and yr orders be wrong.
