Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

Service is very slow, Custer service lacks everything. Poor management is visible. Use to be one of the best in the city. The degradation of the entire operation is unbelievable. May need to be closed up, and reorganized.

Not sure what was going on there today, but the drive thru was a mess. They almost charged me for the wrong order when I got to the window. What I ordered wasn't ready. It took forever to get my food. The girl working the window was clueless.

Good choice for a Bojangles meal. Sometimes the drive thru is crowded ... Good service inside too ...Get out of your car and go in.

WTH are they so slow!! This is terrible! Never Again!!

I’ve tried this bojangles location twice now and it’s been a TERRIBLE experience both times. The food has been okay but the staff and wait times are incredibly too long for fast food.

This was by far the worst Bojangles experience I ever encountered....I went around 6pm which was dinner time there was maybe 2or 3 customers in front of me that had already been waiting 25mins for food....my order was taken finally after 10 minutes in line.....there wasn't anything fresh.....the entire kitchen area looked as if there had been a food fight.... nothing was clean.... every employee working was clueless....manager stayed in back area not concerned at all about the terrible operation he was running....I'm a manager at a restaurant and I would have fired myself as well as every employee working this night....I stood there in amazement watching all this unfold..... employees walking around cursing....I could just go on and on....will never visit this location again.....very Disappointed.....and to top it off after spending $40.00 and waiting 30mins for my food none of it was really Hot and fresh!😠

So, the food is Bojangles... pretty much cant go wrong there. But this location is insanely slow, like so slow I can leave the drive through line, go to the Bojangles about 2 miles away, get my order and be back at this Bojangles and be able to still spot the car that was previously in front of me still two cars away from ordering. (Yes that really happened) now that is only one example I know, but they are regularly this slow. That said, the staff are for the most part courteous.

This was not their best day, I hope. Drive thru speaker was down so you had to pull to the 1st window to order. 2nd window worker didnt say a word... held my drink out the window, shut the window..... a few min later, held the box out the window. I grabbed the box and asked for a straw... held straw out the window.... eh it's no chic fil a, guess I shouldn't expect anything better. Bojangles, welcome to the south.

Good food, but no one responded at the drive through so I had to go inside.

Went to have dinner with my family... all the associates were chatting and not helpful. We walked out to never return. Such a poor ran restaurant... someone needs to surprise them with a corporate visit.

Good service and this one right there Mallard Creek and prosperity Road all I can say is the morning crew was the best here in Charlotte North Carolina the food was excellent and my mother-in-law say she really likes Bojangles nails she's from Little Rock Arkansas

For all accounts this use to be really good.New staff and they are not happy there.New owners and yiu can tell. The moral was low. Change the drinking station, it ch really looks bad. The floors well,...no comment.I really believe that all tyoes of hair should be covered and gloves used. As Football Tailgating picks up...clean up.The staff should be happy not just working there, be want to be there.

The service is soooo slow and customer service is lacking. Everytime I come to this particular bojangles they are always short staffed. I come by before I go to work which is only 3mins away, but I am constantly sitting in drive through for 20mins for a simple biscuit. It should not take that long to complete an order. No one ever apologizes for the wait or even offer anything.Definitely need some upgrading to the staff.

There is rarely a time when I have a good experience at this location. Today- no wings, rude cashier and NOT ONE PERSON WORKING WITH GLOVES ON!! If I had a choice, I would never go back. Unfortunately this is the closest Bojangles to me and the next closest one on N Tryon St is usually worse. Whoever is the Area Manager should be ashamed.
