Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

Alright you guys, I am writing this for the management and owners. I am giving you two stars because we have not gotten sick. I live less than a mile away from this location which made this our go-to. Our household has made the decision to stop frequenting this location because we have serious wows. CONSISTENTLY our orders are wrong, cold, and the wait times are absolutely crazy for a drive thru when there could be one, maybe two people in line ahead of us. We have made this decision today because we went to the drive thru, and after sitting at the ordering sign for 3 full minutes, we went and knocked on the window. There was no one paying attention and there was one couple in the dining room. I will say I have never experienced at a drive thru what we have witnessed today. You guys have got to shape up. I'm not saying this after one single experience, this is consistently the case.

Ordered 2 gravy biscuits around 8 am at the drive thru. Got them home and the gravy was mainly water. Took back and talked to Mgr that who ever put this together needs to be trained.

First time at this location and it is my last. Could not even order food Rude kid at drive through said they are out of wings and legs. Told they are completely out. Rather visit another location where I would be treated with respect.
