Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

Everything was perfectly cooked...it tastes great...service was great...and there wasnt a long wait time

Manager, Corporate Office, whoever is in charge, If I were you, I would send some secret shoppers in to observe what is going on in my store. In the bowl of grits that I ordered there was a string of hard brillo that must have come off while washing the pot you cooked the grits in. I can taste medal even now as I'm typing. Goodness knows what else was in there! I pray I don't get sick. And to top it off the customer service was poor: rude, dry, and unprofessional. I will not be back.

The chicken sandwich was salty and not good. French fries were cold and not fresh. Ask for honey mustard and the restaurant was out. Food wasn't good at all.

When I approached the counter the cashier was very friendly and my order was quick. Dining room was rather empty but it was about 11 am so it was after breakfast but before the lunch rush. Reataurant interior was clean.

The girl at the window had an attitude from the jump. They had no sweet tea or juice of any kind for my kids. All my chicken tasted dry like it was the last of the bunch. Will never return to this one which is a shame because I love bojangles..
