Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

It's convenient and in a location with few other choices for fast food other than Wendy's and Burger King so you'd expect it to be slammed and slow but I've never had an issue with reasonable expectations of speed or quality when my favorite location isn't convenient for me.

From the drive though. I wanted to talk with a regional manager. No return call or email.A couple of weeks later I read they we're sold. I guess they didn't want to deal with this. 1-23-19 and still no word.

2 stars because on weekends the crew don't care. Very hard biscuits. I exchange 3 biscuits until I receive one that's not only hard, but crumble apart as you eat. Weekday is Ok. This all the biscuit I had to throw away.

Drive thru moved consistently, order taker asked me to wait about a minute which was fine. Got to the window passed the lady my card and she passed me the ‘tea’ I ordered and it spilled into my car because top was not closed. Not a big deal but the issue was the taste of the tea. 🤮 It didn’t taste like tea at all, it tasted like old nasty water.

Good food, fast service, and accurate order recieved

I ordered a garden salad from here and on the sticker of the lid the salad was clearly out of date. I returned it and asked for a new one and the lady said "UM, that was only a few days out of date" but I paid for the salad so I obviously don't want to eat something out of date. She went to the back to get another and screamed "SHE WONT EAT THIS SALAD". I also ordered fries that I didn't get so when she returned with my salad I asked for my fries and she irritably slid my salad across the counter and rolled her eyes at me. The man before me asked for an extra sauce and she loudly said "Quit making me work double I ain't getting paid double!" The employees argued with each other the entire time and the line was backed out the door because no one was getting helped. Extremely disappointed and will never return.

Lamonica is amazing. All my food was fresh , she was funny, did her job fast to. Whoever get manager is they need to give her a raise. She makes your restaurant look good and I'll be back because of her .

Food is always fresh and the service is relatively good. The only major negative is that I experienced my order being wrong on multiple occasions which is always a little frustrating to deal with.

Food was cold and incredibly greasy. Threw the whole bucket of chicken away. No way to make it edible and I'm not a picky person.

We went through drive through and the whole time we got attitude and when we pulled up we still got attitude. Employment needs fixing !!!!! No cap!!! PERIOD BOO 😒

The only bojangles with soft biscuits I love it

all the chicken is very spicy. rice is dry

No matter how busy this location gets the crew on every shift (but specifically first) is so kind and accurate!!! I didn't know they had grits but today, I have a new favorite!
