Worst experience at a Bojangles ever! Ordered a Cajun chicken biscuit with egg and cheese. First couple bites tasted off, then realized the chicken was raw in the middle. Brought it to counter, and they said I ate too much, threw it in the trash, and was done with me. No replacement, no refund. Treated me like I was trying to get free food when you could see the raw in the chicken. I was a Bojangles addict. You just lost a huge customer. Congratulations.

I had the Cajun chicken biscuit combo. It was a bit dry. The experience at the speaker providing my order was poor. I could barely hear or understand the server.
