Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

Good news: the food is incredibly good. The best fast food place you could find. Bad news: despite having the big "BO" in their sign and logo, they are unrelated to the show I watched as a kid, "BoBoBo Bo BoBoBo"

Great food, good service, reasonable prices, and open at 0500!

I liked this Bojangles because of the quality of the food and service. This place has the delicious spicy chicken and great sweet tea. I would like to add that the biscuits were a bit undercooked. Other than that I enjoyed this Bojangles.

Got home and part of my order was missing. I ordered four combos .. After paying for my order, the cashier handed my card out of the window while looking at her phone. She never prepared the drinks while waiting for my order. She was too busy flipping her hair weave and on her cellphone. And these people think they deserve 15.00 an hour pay!

This one always gets me order wrong, been there 20 times, order has been right 4. Food has always been good and the managers always try to make it right.

Went to the bojangles near the metropolitan/target area and sat in line for 15 mins with no movement around 1pm and eventually left. Just went to this location at 7:55pm in hopes for a better experience, but nope. At the intercom for another 15 minutes and no one said a word and with no cars in front of me. Seems like a regular thing now.

Quick service and friendly team of workers. Clean restaurant, bathrooms need some work.

The fish sandwich was very good. The fries were hard and didn't taste very fresh. The manager was gracious and offered a replacement meal when the thing we ordered wasn't available.

Love this place. I just struggle with the service sometimes. They are usually fast clean and customer friendly. I just hit a couple bad apples every once in a while. Food always on point. What they do confuse they make sure to correct and some. Management is great at this location!

Very hit or miss with how long it takes. Usually a miss though. I mean you only have to have like 4 things ready at all time. Raggedy employees

Very clean place and nice associates but, they can not prep/make food in a timely manner nor correctly. They shorten the amount of chicken in my salad and charged me for the right amount. It took over 20 minutes just to get the initial meal and another customer whom stated that they were waiting for 20 minutes as well but is now waiting longer then me to get the his order as I had already took my food back. I highly don't recommend coming here unless you enjoy spending days at a dmv for they operate the same.

I stopped in to grab food for the drive and was given old stale biscuits. I couldn't even eat it. Poor food service

I've had issues with this bojangles before, but the employees are human and have bad days. Any issue I have, they fix. They're open late and always seem to have some degree of fun.

Horrible service. People here need to cover their hair to work in the kitchen..NASTY!!
