This particular place and I normally have a love/hate relationship due to poor service. Welp, we're seeing one another again and I think I've got that loving feeling. Doug and his AHHHMAZING customer service and attitude. The food order was correct and HOT! Good Job peeps keep it up. Doug, don't let me down in the near future.

Great food and AMAZING customer service! I ate here with a group of teenage athletes from out west where we don't have Bojangles, and the employees treated us with true southern hospitality. The manager even brought us complimentary BoBerry Biscuits since it was our first time there. I've never been to a fast food restaurant with such great customer service. Thank you, Bonangles!!

I'm basing my score off of multiple experiences in multiple locations. Problem is is depending on which location you go to the experience will vary drastically. Needs consistency and cleanliness customer service and overall food quality.

Bojangles has great chicken, biscuits, and now you can get pimento cheese on anything! This location has good service too!
