Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

Food was good, fresh and hot. Staff was super friendly and professional. We received our order fast.

It was a hassle to even order and eat there. If you don't want customers, lock the doors.

Good food at good price

Well it's fast food but the sad part is inconsistent food. At times you get great tasting food on nice soft biscuits, but at the next visit you will get a rock hard biscuit and the food will taste very oily or heavy for lack of better terminology. The restaurant is generally clean and looks well kept. You lay your money down and take your chances, good luck.

The Soda and tea very very bad. Southern style chicken biscuits was harder than my teenage years. The cashier was as sharp as a butter knife.

We dine at this Bojangles a couple of times a week. As a whole, most of the staff are pleasant. This particular Bojangles does offer a Firemens discount ( if you're in identifying clothing). Great food. $

Food is good but the service can be very slow

Great location, fast free internet, friendly people and quick food.

Enjoyed my chicken and borounds and the biscuits were fluffy.

Can never go wrong with some 'Jangles!

I had sanitation concerns. The cashier was the same person packing my food WITHOUT GLOVES after handling all manner of money. GROSS! She also placed everything--plasticware, sauces and napkins--directly INTO my box of food, as opposed to a bag. Bojangles' doesn't use bags anymore? The whole thing was disturbing and alarming. I have no idea where that employee's hands had been, or what else they had touched.

Bojangles really needs to work on their chicken fillet. Half of it is just like fried skin. Fries were hard and tea 90% ice.

They left food out of our order. When I went in they made it better but I stood there there for an additional 15 minutes waiting. Overall the food was good and we will go back again. Maybe I'll increase the stars next time.
