Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

Not to good, they were having some management issue at the time of my visit, so the person who take my order also made my sandwich and forgot the bacon. Reicived the bacon in a separate container after asking for it but half of my sandwich had no bacon. Dining room tables were dirty .most of them.Wait was to long for a place that everything ot already cooked.

I stopped by on my way to work because I was craving a chicken biscuit. Wouldn't you know, no chicken for chicken biscuit. I never heard such a thing. Not eve "we are cooking more".

The food was prepared fast and hot.

Drive through lady copped a complete attitude over the drive through intercom. Unprofessional. I brush it off its late i get it were all tired.Get to the window it is the Shift Lead. So now were promoting bad service in a lead by example kind of way.The only saving grace was the young girl who brought me my food. Apologetic kind and even double checked the order and that i had my drink. She alone is that second star.Good food doesn't expmtpoor service

Breakfast was Fresh everytime. Friendly staff.

Love that they now have the nutrition menu posted & serve gluten free fries!

Country fried steak, egg and cheese brekkie sando was really delicious!!! (served all day) Bo-Tato rounds were also tasty.

Friendly fast service! Fresh food, I ordered a chicken biscuit an 2 small drinks (my autistic child didn't want food) we were there for about 30 mins as I ate and he played on my phone. The staff was friendly and the food was amazing

Very friendly and attentive /motivated staff! The bacon egg biscuit was one of the better than some of the other fast foods. This place was Clean in all respect.

I have driven by this location a thousand times. Figure I'd give it a try. I walked in to find nobody at the front and waited a minute or two for somebody to come out. I was asked if I could be helped I ask for the eight pieces meal to go. I was told that the dark meat would take 12 to 15 minutes before it was ready. I then asked if she would just fill the order with white meat to avoid a delay. They did a quick count and stated that's all the white meat they have and could not fill the purchase. I told them I would be home in 10 minutes I was not going to wait for 15 for them to prepare the meal. I must say this was a very disappointing trip. They had enough chicken to fill my order and there was no one behind me waiting. I left the building and saw no one in the Drive-Thru.

Food was great! But the service was slow and the drinks were over carbonated.

I've often been disappointed when their biscuits aren't done and are a little doughy in the middle. Even if I request a darker biscuit when I order at the drive thru most locations don't even try to brown one. Only the Fayetteville location will ask you to wait to brown a biscuit. Also most locations give you a small portion of eggs. This is especially true if you drive thru.

My favorite place. I swear they have energy in their sausage buscuits. I worked for years cleaning houses and every morning we would stop and get a sausage biscuit and it started our day off great. Not cleaning anymore but still like to get my day started with a buscuit😀Thank you for great customer service and fast service for all these years!

First off the service was deplorable. As I'm guessing the staff doesn't know the word thank you. As I was ordering all I could hear was the staff laughing so maybe that's why they screwed up my order. I love the food but the staff that day was awful. This was on Thursday morning.
