Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

First time at Bojangles and I must say the staff was amazing and the food even better. Party of six, each of us kept talking about how good the food was. Will return again!

Love the iced tea! Breakfast ok & enjoy the grilled chicken sandwich. Love the fries.

I got the feeling that no one here cares, but dedication to good customer service flows from the top down. When we arrived there were a lot of employees standing around. It didn't look like they were doing anything despite the fact that the coffee dispenser and other dispensers were empty. How can everyone just stand around when there is work to be done?

We went late at night and the hospitality was phenomenal!! They didn't rush us and the food was hot, chicken was tender and juicy!! Definitely need to head back!!

I have always liked bojangles. They have the best fries and dirty rice. I can say doesn't matter what location I have been at it always has been good. Now there coffee lacks a lot to be desired. To me it taste like ditch water. Other than that if they make a mistake with something the are more than ready to rectify the issue.

I'd say it was average. But the city I come from, we're known for our chicken. To rate it any better, it has to be comparable to what I eat.
