Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

This bojangles location serves fish sandwiches on a stale bun with no tarter or cheese. The fish filet is a smaller size than other locations. Very rude staff.

They had me sit in the drive thru for 15 minutes . After that they forgot to make our biscuits. Our other food was not very warm by the time we got home.

I always go through the drive thru and my outset is always right and the employees are really helpful

Came to this Bojangles on December 4, 2019 about 9:52 pm. As I started to place my order for a supreme combo, the young lady interrupted and said that they didn’t have any more supreme strips, that I could get tenders instead. Well out of curiosity I asked if they we’re only saying that because they don’t feel like making fresh ones since they were about to close. Turns out they did have supremes. She tried to correct herself after the fact but it was too late for that. You’re organization is still OPEN at 9:52 pm. There is no reason for the employees to be lying to customers because they are lazy and don’t want to take an order. So unfortunate.It really depends on who’s working when you can get nice customer service and friendly people.
