Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

It's actually one of the slowest drive throughs I've ever experienced. I keep trying again thinking it cant possibly be as bad as the last time. It always is. It's not every bojangles, just this location.

Read the receipt - it really is just this simple to get the order put on the tray correctly - oh and bring the blood pressure pills bcuz there’s enough salt on everything you can cure a large ham

This play use to be the best, fast and friendly service until I ordered and a girl had an attitude and doesn’t have any patience.

3-20-2019.Place was just dirty from staff not cleaning. Hand-dirt built up on railings, walls, chairs, etc. Counter tops and tables not clean. The hanging light fixtures had dead bugs in the globes. Older woman that waited on me was not friendly or nice. The food was ok but I could not enjoy it due to the unclean environment around me. A clean restaurant means a lot to me and gives me an idea of the food prep areas...NOT GOOD.3-5-2018. Only one other person in dinning area while I was there. Bo-rounds we're cold, chic biscuit was tough and luke-warm, tea was good. Cashier was excellent...very nice, polite and very clean, which is always a plus. Manager woman was extremely slow, not nice and made me wait and wait for my tea. Man behind me got his tea and went on his way while I had to stand there waiting. This Bojangles needs a new manager! Went to BJ Sunday afternoon at 5pm and drive thru was amazing slow... all I wanted was a tea and medium fry...took a long time. Poor service.

The floors and restrooms just nasty. I know they have not been cleaned in months.

This place used to be fast but now it takes forever to serve you! I recommend you not going there specially in the morning!

Love their biscuit and steak. I just don't do spicy and the chicken leaves a lot to be desired.

Food was bad. And the employees smelled like B.O.

Nothing better than some bo rounds and a spicy cjicken sandwich to start your day

I use to come here every moring for breakfeast. Fresh biscuits every morning. Today I came for lunch and still have fresh biscuits. Customer service is great.

Bojangles is ALWAYS my go to chicken place..they couldnt do no wrong...UNTIL this visit happened. I waited 23 minutes for a tailgate at 830pm. The chicken was fresh but the tea was made days ago maybe in England and flown back here; the biscuits were cold..they didnt have green beans cause.....THEY couldnt make NO MORE!???The fries were cold, the rice and the mac and cheese was okay. They were not on their A game that night. The staff is the only reason they received 2 stars..otherwise it would received one star

Not the best one I've been to. Subpar service. Wasn't greeted at the window. Biscuits were undercooked and tea was old.

I had to wait over 5 min for Bo Rounds. I asked the cashier if I could be compensated for my wait time and she said she'd ask her manager. When they brought me my food no Bo Berry or Cinnamon biscuit was in the bag. They said new girl hadn't made any. I went inside and saw they had some. They lied. My check number is 410280.
