This place needs to be cleaned. The staff needs to be retrained.Management needs to be replaced with professionals who care about their employees and their customers.

Bojangles has become very disappointing to me. It used to be one of my favorite fast food restaurants but the food has gone downhill. The chicken breast used to be juicy and tender. No more. No matter which one I go to or what I order.... I am perplexed. Why is this happening? I started noticing it 2-3 years ago. Get it together Bojangles!
