Bojangles

Good service. Great food

Food was fresh and good as always but the A/C was blasting arctic air that morning. The nice ladies working said the thermostat was locked. Always a good meal there though.

This is the second time I have come through early in the morning for biscuits they are burnt and hard they shouldn't be like that at 6:00 in the morning someone needs to do better it cost money to go out and eat and you never can get your food good

Typical fast food joint

Sweet tea tastes like water. Don't know how you mess up sweet tea at a new build but ever other Bojangles does it correctly.

Ordered two family meals only got a n did not give us biscuits and forgot to give us other items on our order I love bojangles but this is beyond anything I’ve dealt with

Wonderful staff and great food. Very clean. Will be frequenting!

I'm beginning to think that all Bojangles restaurants have zero focus on customer service or actual order taking. This is the third Bojangles I've been to where it's been an absolute trainwreck. Went in to order breakfast this morning with about three or four customers in front of us with no one at the register taking orders. We watched employees come and go from the front and never acknowledge any of the customers standing waiting to place their orders. We all stood there for about 15 mins waiting before everyone in front of us and everyone behind us walk out furious. Talked with a couple of customers who had their orders taken and had told us they had been waiting for 30 plus mins for their orders. Suffice to say there were no satisfied customers in this store at that time. It appears that there were no managers on duty at the time and if their had been they obviously are not interested in taking paying customer's money. I've given numerous chances to Bojangles in the past and I think this last chance I give (and first one for this location) this company.

Friendly staff great food what more could you ask for.

2nd visit to the location.... dirty rice & green beans cold. Asked for some butter and told cashier they were cold the manager was standing beside him.. hands the butter to him to give to me and then says he put his hand in it must be cold- no apology no offer to replace... not sure if will give a 3rd try... with Popeyes down the street....

Forgets the biscuits, lukewarm food. Problem goes to the top since this has happened when the GM is working.

Good food, but drive-through is very slow on Saturday.

Went to the store and the lobby was closed so I called to ask if it was going to be open or not guy said no hung up so I called back and ask why got hung up on again called back and than the manager became very rude and very disrespectful and wouldn’t give me his name just said he was manager and wouldn’t give me a reason or anything. I asked for the number to corporate/franchise he gave me the supervisors number which come to find out was just one of his buddies numbers. Someone that has went to this halls location every morning since it’s open shouldn’t be treated like that.

Worst ran Bojangles I’ve ever been to by far. Tried to go in because the line was wrapped around the building and found that the door was locked, at 9:05 AM! The order was wrong not once but twice, and the food was all cold. I cannot recommend enough that you avoid this location. Edit: I returned a week later and it was just as bad if not worse. This person waited in line for over 15 minutes without having their order taken after being told just one moment by the cashier. At least 8 cars left the line and went elsewhere before I gave up. Do not give them your business this place does not care about customers
