Bojangles'

Terrible experience. Restaurant was dirty. Saw two employees come off a break and start handling food without washing their hands. There was a spill on the floor that I tomd an employee about only for it to be ignored for the entirety of the meal. Not coming back.

Took way too long to get a simple order. 15 min in Drive thru. Ridiculous. Don't email corporate they won't respond !

First off, I want to say the staff was very friendly and understanding to which I was very thankful for. Unfortunately, that was the only highlight of out experience. My wife was not informed that her meal would take longer than mine until my food was already being presented to me. So we decided to patiently wait for the fresh buffalo wings to finish cooking. When biting into them, it was very dissapointing. As my wife put it "It was like biting into a smelly shoe covered in buffalo sauce." At first I thought she was just joking. That was until I tried it for myself... We had to ask for a refund regrettably.
