This is a great place for delicious, authentic Argentinian food — but also bottles of wine and liquor sold at retail price! It’s also a great companion to Tango Sur, just down the street, which is easily one of, if not the best, steakhouses in the city. That place is BYOB, so you can come buy a bottle of wine here at retail price, and then bring it to Tango Sur for dinner! Whether you stop in or stay for dinner, this is a must for Argentinian lovers.

We really enjoyed eating here on the patio the other night. Wine is about $30 a bottle on the lowest side. I didn’t love the small cheese board. Only about 5 small pieces of cheese. Curious to see what the larger one is like. The wine was great and we loved the empanadas! They also brought over some bread with dinner. Will definitely be back

The orange juice is very natural, the place is beautiful the waiter very polite and friendly I ate parrilla guacha is very for two people is a lot maybe for 3 o 4, the two meats lomo fino is good the other I don’t like it very much but the price is regular 70 dollars the french fries is good but don’t put the salt.

If I could give Bodega Sur more stars I would. My husband and I went one night and attempted to go to Tango Sur, located next door. We were told it was going to be a long wait approx 90min, and we heard such good things we were willing to wait. On the way back to the car we stumble onto Bodega Sur I like to think of it as Tango Sur's less pretentious and super cool little sister. We started with drinks, appetizers(empanadas and mollejas) , and a shared enteee(table Gauch - a ton of different grilled meats with a tomato salad). It was a ton of food and we spent less than 100 bucks and were able to eat that food and share with our kids the next day. Additionally, although there is a full bar, you can bring your own bottle! Service was spectacular and there was literally no wait! Check it out!

They have amazing authentic Argentinian food! Their dishes are perfectly cooked and they have really good cocktails! A great place to bring visiting family or for a nice night out!

We weren't very wise about our food choices and think there might be better options on the menu to be tried but the service was excellent, ambience was great! Wonderful music on Wednesday's and good choice of wines!

Excellent food and service.

If you like Tango Sur, you are in luck. This is their sister location located a few doors down. They also have a full service bar with the same great food. I highly recommend the filet, shrimp and spinach mashed potatoes. Amazing.

Empanadas to die for, great tequila selection. Three stars because I only had that.

Chill vibes. Great food. Tango sur was a 2 hour wait so we went next door here and didn't regret it. I think it's the same owners. Fantastic food and not too pricey

Great spot to enjoy a finely crafted cocktail while waiting for your table next door at Tango Sur OR grab food here, looks very tasty, but I've only snacked so can't provide full breakdown. Great atmosphere and great bartenders, they know their stuff and can provide recommendations for a great drink, but the menu is solid too, can't go wrong!

Fantastic place. We loved it! We got the vacio and entraña. We will definitely return.
