No refills and no napkins. The waitress did realize as I was leaving I might have needed a refill and offered a to go drink but I set at the counter were 4 other employees and the manager could all see my empty cup, must not have been their job though.

The place was gross, by any standards. Food stuck to everything on the table, stuff all over the floor. Tables left dirty and full of plates, and the place was almost empty!!! Bathroom was just as bad! The while place didn't look like it was cleaned all month. Service was horrid, he was rude and never came back other than to take orders and drop the food off. He was to busy talking to his co-workers. Food was cold and sloppy. An absolute mess. I will never return to this bob evens!!!!

My waitress was Jackie. Really good and really prompt. She brought me everything that I asked for. In a timely reasonable manner. I had the farmer special? Three pancakes two eggs two pieces of sausage fruit medley toast milk and coffee. Now as far as the food goes. Pancakes was good fruit was fresh coffee hot and the milk cold. I order my eggs over medium because I do not like when the white looks like Snot. Guess what! I got just that. And the sausage was not done by no means. I should have sent it back but I did not have the time. At the register checking out. The person taking my money. Had the personality of a brick. And just like most. Could not wait to go home. Wherever you decide to eat. I hope it's great. PS. When it comes it will look good.

Food was cold..floors were dirty..We watched tables being cleared off and no one washing or sanitizing tables. The bathrooms were horrible..trash strewn all over floor and sinkschad so much water on them..I didn't even try to wash hands. Poor msmagemrnt..it took 40 minutes to get our food and it was cold. We won t eat there again.

Our waitress suggested the everything breakfast and it was fabulous.

Worse Bob Evans we've ever eaten in. Chicken pecan salad was supposed to be spring greens. Instead was rotting and limp iceberg. Grilled chicken was maybe 3-4 small pieces. My husband's sandwich/soup was mediocre. Noodle soup tasted like it came from a can. Ham-swiss bread was soggy. Server was nice and of course, took mine off the bill. Offered to get me something else but we had already waited long enough. Most staff didnt look like they were happy to work there.

Fried cornmeal mush is hot and perfect! Eggs cold all around.. We had sunshine skillets, omelet and fried. Asked for bacon extra crispy.. Got 1 piece almost crispy and 2 pieces fatty/floppy... Not even close. Gave it to my husband, he likes it that way. The sausage gravy was great according to those who ordered it. Very disappointing. I love my bacon 🥓 and when you can't get what you order it sucks. Mom also ordered the caramel mocha coffee..she never gets offered refills. Why do regular coffees get refills but you have to flag down a server and offer up your first born to get refills on the mocha? The menu even states "free refills" .

I just wanted to say that there is a young man working here by the name of Chris. He was awesome. I watched him interact with a toddler and he was so great with her. We were sweved by him and he just impressed me. He needs a raise and some praise. He was a wonderful waiter

I have worked here before and knowing how the food is made and packaged for prep and all that good stuff... I still give it a 20 out of 10!

Poor customer service walked in and all of the workers looked at me and my wife and kid and ignored us for like 7 or 8 minutes we had to ask whether we should have a seat..then when we did and finally got our order in , I ordered a 3 egg western omelet with extra, it was only 2 eggs and almost no cheese and the peppers were not cooked at all. Also purchased cookies that were not made right ..horrible experience

Great service, good food, friendly staff. Average prices. I would like to take a minute to say thanks to our server. Her name begins with a B and ends with a Y, with some ink in between She went out of her way to make sure we had a whole strawberry pie to take home. The pie was needed to help relieve some stress my wife was under due to a front tire blow out she experienced today while on a highway. Thanks for the note, it helped boost her spirit some more. It was a great surprise. So was the smiley face. Best service we have had in a while . Will recommend. P.S. the pie is great.
