My first time here - recommended by the front desk clerk at Timberlake Motel. Food was good, but I'm pretty sure the hair I found is not one of mine 😵 Of course you don't find them until you're almost done. Are the cooks keeping their hair covered?
Real BBQ Dude
Blue Ridge BBQ is a BBQ joint in Lynchburg. They have a large menu of smoked meats and some delicious sides. I ordered the brisket with extra bark and a small portion of pulled pork. I was a bit disappointed with the meats. The brisket lacked any kind of bark. The pulled pork was a little better but I didn't really taste any bark in that either. The smoke flavor was very light if that is what you prefer. The onion rings were terrific. Sauces were pretty good. The service was extremely friendly and the atmosphere was really casual and inviting. There was plenty of parking too.
