Some of the best fried rice I've had. The green sauce was delicious as well.

Best Thai food in a gas station that I ever had. You have to ask for vegetarian options but Pad Thai Tofu is the best I ever had. Portions are perfect, value is great, chef is nice. Why not 5 stars? Plates and utensils are disposables and I believe that every table deserves a jar of their green sauce.

I love Blue Pacific. The food is so fresh and consistently great. Service is always fast and friendly. The Pad Kee Mao is the best on the menu, and you can get it with extra meat and extra vegetables and it’s still only $12. I see why this place has such a cult following!

I LOVE this place! The food is great and the people are super friendly! My favorite is the spicy basil rice with chicken. I probably order it 2x a week. It’s super popular and I only wish it were a bit bigger to accommodate more customers

I try Pad Thai everywhere I Go, and Blue Pacific absolutely has the best in my opinion! Hole in the wall actually kind of looks like a gas station, I think it used to be a gas station. Totally worth the trip!

This has been my favorite Thai restaurant for the past two years! Every time I go the food is always excellent. This family runner restaurant have expanded over the past couple of months, and the changes are very good. I always recommend the wings and chicken pad Thai! So good!

I celebrated my graduation today in this great place. Well we had a brilliant evening and the place was absolutely the reason for this strong event. The stuff participated in a lovely style, the food was extremely good and my guests were so happy. We shall surely return for more events. thanks very much.

This restaurant is a hidden gem! If you are vegetarian, this restaurant is perfect for you. There are tons of vegetarian options and you can substitute meats for vegetables or tofu for an extra fee. As a vegetarian, my favorite dish from here is the Pad Si Ew noodles with tofu. The portion sizes are not bad and the prices are not either. I have eaten Thai food at numerous restaurants, and this one is one of my favorites. I recommend ordering takeout instead of eating at the restaurant, as it is a little bit cramped inside. Also, the parking lot is very small.

Excellent food and service. No frills, it's all about the meal here. Great deal, only $8-12 for lunch. One of the best little "hole in the wall" places you will ever find. Everything I have tried so far has exceeded expectations. Parking can be a challenge around noon, I have parked across the street before.

The best Thai food ever, and I cannot wait to go back and explore the other menu offerings. The restaurant has made good use of one of Hoover's old abandoned gas station, and turned it into a gem. While the building may appear to have some age on it the kitchen does not; in fact, I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the kitchen. The staff were very dedicated and completely about the customer. If you like Thai food the Blue Pacific is where it's at in Alabama.

Word of mouth got me here and I've gotta say, everyone's right. Amazing food. And the prices are reasonable.

The food was amazing! We thoroughly enjoy our take out. The staff was very helpful and polite. Its authentic pad Thai food cooked in an old converted gas station, whats not to love! 🤤🤤🤤

Most people would not even consider this place because it's on an old convenience store, but don't judge. This place has some of the best thai food I've ever had. Green curry was amazing and the red penang was fantastic. GO EAT.
