Blue Moon Burgers

Great eats on the beach. Really good vegetarian options. Can't go wrong with the selection, as I'm always trying something new I enjoy. This is my family's default place to go to after the beach, especially if we have picky eaters with us.

I placed an on-line order through Blue Moon's web site and was informed that it would be ready for pick-up at the Alki location in 30 minutes. When I went to the site I was informed that because "they were busy" they had cancelled my order and I could put another one in if I wanted to! No prior notice was given, no credit for my time offered, not even an apology from the staff. They told me my credit card charge would be reversed, now 2 days later I've had to go to my credit card company to dispute the charge as they have not completed this step either. Absolutely the most incompetent service I have ever received from a restaurant.

It was good food and worth the money. Beautiful view as well! Service was very accommodating and friendly ! I'd go there again to try a different burger with their great variety. Makes me hungry thinking about this place!
