Love this place! Great twists on Asian food. Chef Dennis Chan is great. This place is decorated beautifully with a wonderful atmosphere.

Tasty food. Not your usual cheap food lunch with a bunch of combo platters. So, keep that in mind. Service was so-so. But, cleanliness of the restaurant and the quality of the food makes it worth a visit.

The food was top notch. My wife and I did not know it was pretty fancy of a place we brought our kids and they were super helpful in making dinner recommendations. I had the red curry shrimp and grits, it was out of this world good.

The service was excellent? The food was good. The extras from the chef made my day. I loved my experience there. It's been a while but same great food, service and atmosphere. Ps the drink are really good

Consistently wonderful! The service was great and Dennis never disappoints with the best Asian/fusion ever. I highly recommend the Generals Cauliflower.

Very good food. Very lovely waitstaff. It is a but pricey but I do believe you get what you pay for. Knocked one star off because our food was very delayed and the Chef did not visit our table but visited everyone else's. Very interesting vibe, very chic.

Attended a cooking class last weekend Blue Bamboo All I can say is this is a MUST do if you live in or ever visit Jacksonville! It was such an incredible experience! My favorite part was the informal and casual vibe of the class, both the guest and the chef spoke openly and freely and everyone was able to learn from each other. The chef, Dennis Chan shares everything he knows from his preferred brands of ingredients to common mistakes to avoid when cooking. It literally feels like you are sitting in his actual kitchen having a casual conversation! I would say the value of this experience definitely exceeds the cost of the class! You walk away with so much general cooking knowledge not listlisted in the class description. He host clases monthly , but people can also arrange private classes...monthly,classesThese classes would be perfect for birthdays, bachelorettes or just small groups wanting to do something different and fun! A+ job! Such a hidden gem....
