BLT Steak Charlotte

My husband and I were celebrating our 26th anniversary. The service and food were AMAZING! Thank you for helping yo make our evening wonderful.

The service from the time we entered the door until we left was wonderful and the food was fantastic... Our waiter Mike D. was awesome and he made us feel like we were his only table. His recommendations did not disappoint. Made our Valentine's day that much better.

I ordered a chopped veggie salad with chicken at 330pm over the phone for me to pick up at 530pm. I get there 535pm. Salad is not ready. They say the order was not placed. This is 2 hours already. I ask how much is the salad. 3 customers later I ask again how much is the salad. The hostess is too busy checking her outfit out. Granted she is beautiful. But the problem is she was not too attentive to customers. By this time I’m furious. I walk away briefly to gather myself because I am in my work uniform. So I ask again how much is the salad. She finally shows me the receipt. I go to pay for the expensive salad and they don’t give a receipt back. I had to ask for it back. Finally got the salad. I left. Poor customer service. Moral of the story is you may be pretty but your looks get you nowhere in the food industry ms hoestess!!!

Had the greatest service of all. This Ritz location is beautiful. The pastries and chocolates are wonderful. Macarons were fantastic as well. Coffee shop employee told me they have a jazz night with live bands. Have to come back for that!!

We sat at the bar and had an amazing experience. Staff was on point through the whole meal and never rushed us. Popovers were amazing, shrimp cocktail had very large shrimp with two options for dipping sauce. Bacon appetizer is a must try, it was crispy yet very juicy with an amazing and definitely worth saving a piece for your steak. Filet was cooked perfectly accented with a nice garlic herb dollop of butter. Meat was extremely tender and juicy as well. Well worth a visit, plus it’s adjacent to the ritz so you can also swing into their bar for some jazz and drinks.

Thanks 🤗 for a great Dining experience. We loved the food and wanted our left overs to go. Our gracious waitress packed our left overs. We realized when home. Some of our food was not packed. Not much for kids, but a delightful experience for them. Thanks

We had dinner on a recent trip to Charlotte. Decor was nice. Service good and friendly and efficient. Steak was cooked just right and was tender but lacked flavor. Entire menu was pricey for the location and quality of food IMO.

Tasty food and amazing customer service!! Everything I’ve ever ordered from here is absolutely delicious!! Complimentary valet parking is also a plus. Would definitely recommend 100%.

Expensive!!! But you get what you pay for. I had the small filet. It was the best steak I can remember having. Maybe Best ever and I raise beef cattle and eat a lot of steak.
